Our Sweet Awakening

Breakfast is our Sweet Awakening, served in the panoramic room, overlooking the Dolomites and the Monzoni group.

The choice is wide, full of delicious homemade desserts and generous with local products, and will guarantee you the energy reserve for the entire day of your holiday in the Dolomites of Val di Fassa. 

The sweet breakfast offers tarts with Trentino jams or chocolate garnishes, apple pies with buckwheat and carrots (gluten-free), Linzer Torte and strudel according to the Trentino recipe. There is no shortage of muffins, plum cakes, waffles and pancakes for those who prefer an international taste. 

From the Agua Biencia Farmhouse comes natural yoghurt, accompanied by berries, and dairy products, which can be accompanied by the apple and carrot centrifuge (made at the moment), fresh fruit and fruit juices. All accompanied by a vast selection of teas, American coffee, espresso and cappuccino. 

 

We have also thought of savory breakfast lovers, based on eggs prepared by our chef in many variations: scrambled, hard-boiled or soft-boiled accompanied by bacon, frankfurters, sausages and a rich selection of cold cuts (speck,  cooked ham,  ; salami, cooked speck and mortadella). The buffet also features a platter of "zero kilometre" cheeses with mustards from Agritur Agua Biencia.

 

You can optionally enjoy the authenticity of the traditional breakfast, with different types of bread from the best bakeries in the Val di Fassa, to be alternated with wholemeal and white toasted bread, rusks, rice cakes, wasa, as well as a selection of 6 cereals (muesli with fruit, crunchy muesli, oat flakes, puffed rice with chocolate, corn flakes and strawberry crunchy).

Your Sweet Awakening will be enriched by Trentino Sant'Orsola jams, butter, peanut butter, Nutella and spreadable cheeses.
